Bdjla Terms & Conditions — in plain language

By using the bdjla platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both the bdjla website and mobile app.

To use bdjla's services, you must:

• Minimum 18 years of age must be
• Must be legally capable of entering into a contract
• You must agree to provide your identity and personal information accurately
• You may not access the platform from any country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited

Each individual may hold only one account on bdjla One Account create. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposits and bonuses will be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If you wish to update your name, mobile number, or date of birth at a later stage, you will need to verify your identity through our support team.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify bdjla support immediately.

Bdjla accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account type and KYC verification level.

When making a deposit, please note:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name only
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned
• Once a deposit is completed, it typically reflects in your balance within 1 to 5 minutes
• If a delay occurs due to technical issues, contact support with your transaction reference number

Bdjla does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500. The maximum withdrawal limit per business day varies by account tier.

Withdrawal processing conditions:

General bonus terms:

• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — after receiving a bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of that amount before making a withdrawal
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• If bonus abuse or fraud is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

• The outcome of each bet is final and cannot be changed except in the case of a technical error
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded

If a match is cancelled or abandoned in a betting market, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjla. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transactions
• Hacking, use of bots, or automation tools on the platform's software
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's details
• Harassing or threatening other users

Bdjla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Detection of a security risk

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned to you in full.

As part of responsible gaming, you may also apply for self-exclusion for a specified period of time.

• Your information is used solely to provide our services and ensure security
• Your data is never sold to any third party
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law

Bdjla is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If a loss occurs due to a technical issue on your device
• Delays caused by third-party mobile banking systems
• Under circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

However, we are committed to providing appropriate compensation for any losses directly caused by bdjla's own system errors.

Bdjla reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS
• For major changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, bdjla agrees to settle it through an internationally recognized third-party mediation body.
